PWS was established in 2011 through a collaboration of like-minded recruitment professionals all with one common goal to form an honest, transparent and creative business.

We have set ambitious targets for ourselves and through a dedicated, hardworking mind-set we continue to grow from strength to strength each year, whilst being fortunate enough to expand our client portfolio and successfully acquiring positions for individuals that they have strived to secure.

Our people have over 35 years’ experience between them, and we aim to continue our expansion, but equally importantly, continue to be recognised as a company that can be trusted in both its desire to be a truly valued recruitment partner, but also be the first choice for individuals requiring a new challenge.
